Our roofing expert witness has gained knowledge of roofing, waterproofing and other construction-related materials and processes literally "from the ground up." He possesses a working knowledge of all phases of the construction defect industry.

During his tenure as a roofing expert and waterproofing consultant, roofing engineering expert witness has conducted investigative roofing and waterproofing analyses for specification development, designed systems and provided project management services such as Pre-Bid and Pre-Job Conferences, Quality Assurance Observations and Final Inspections.

As a construction defect expert, he has been involved in numerous construction litigation projects related to roofing and waterproofing issues and has provided expert witness testimony in a number of construction defect mediations.

Our expert witness has worked as the Southern California Technical Representative for a major roof tile manufacturer. He was responsible for providing customers with technical information with regard to installation procedures for standard and lightweight roof tiles. He was also responsible for product-related customer complaint investigations and problem resolution.

During a two year stint with a local roofing company, he held the title of Head Estimator and served as the supervisor for the estimating department. His duties consisted of the bidding and procurement of large scale residential and commercial roofing projects.

Also, our expert witness has been an attending member of the International Conference of Building Officials (ICBO) and the Committee for Fire Safe Roofing (CFSR). He is currently a member of the National Roofing Contractor's Association (NRCA) and the Roof Consultant's Institute (RCI).
