As an expert witness in construction defect litigation, our expert's specific area of emphasis is the assessment of resultant microbial damage (mold, mildew, and fugus infestation) caused by water intrusion defects. Our microbiology expert can provide the entire spectrum of services, including: state of the art air sampling techniques, intrusive inspections, research, report preparation, presentations, and expert testimony at depositions, mediation and arbitration hearings and trials.
